统一推29.9元新品 泡面奢侈品试探市场褒贬不一-搜狐财经   在屡次尝到高端产品带来的高利润甜头之后,统一要在高端化道路上一走到底。近日有消息称,统一要推出一款售价高达29.9元的方便面新品,这个价格是该公司其他高端产品售价的1倍。对于这款“泡面奢侈品”,业内人士褒贬不一,有人认为市场小众、不足以支撑市场;有人则分析称,统一正在开辟超高端方便面新品类。但无论新品市场反响最终如何,统一企业通过高端产品换取高利润的战略已显露无疑。   方便面价格新高度   一款售价29.9元的方便面你会买吗?尝完鲜,持续购买的动力又有多大?统一对于上述问题的答案是肯定的。有消息称,统一即将于3月向市面上推出一款售价29.9元的方便面新品,据了解,该新品名称为“满汉宴”,目前有酸菜牛肉面和骨汤叉烧面两种口味,不仅面饼采用了非油炸技术,在内部餐具上也做了较大革新,例如将塑料叉子改为特质的折叠筷,且在外包装上做了升级换装。   北京商报记者昨日也从统一相关人士处确认了该款产品的定价,确定为29.9元,但是对于新品推广还未有更多细节。不过,有市场消息表示,处于高定价的考虑,统一将新品渠道选在了高端收入人群聚集区、热门商圈,例如首先会在电商渠道发力,通过统一微店、天猫、京东等线上平台首发试水;线下渠道则选择上海、北京的高端精品超市。   值得注意的是,北京商报记者采访发现,对于统一即将推出的新品方便面,消费者的关注度更多地集中在了产品29.9元的高价格上。据了解,统一此前推出的高端方便面在10元价区,例如冠军榜番茄鸡蛋刀削面11.9元,汤达人日式豚骨拉面为7.5元,而此前北京商报记者走访市场时发现,市面上少有超过20元定价的方便面,一款玖玖爱推出的六粮泡椒牛肉面售价20.9元,比起统一新品也便宜9元。   高利润图谋   对于推出29.9元高价面统一目前还未做出解释,但是按照统一相关负责人此前的表态,统一对于高利润的追求显而易见。统一企业(中国)投资有限公司总经理侯荣隆去年就曾表示,在产业环境方面,整体经济结构调整,快消品产业增速正在减缓。2014年食品销售下滑2.7%,高价面则逆势增长50%,而饮料增长6.6%,且品类发生转移。在消费群体方面,人均收入从1994年少于300美元,到2013年大于6000美元,在过去20年增加20多倍,需求也有极大转变,消费者更看重的是性价比,而非绝对低价,因此统一战略也从价格战升级到了价值战,且预计三年内统一高毛利产品的营收占比将从此前的17%上升到40%。   凭借高端产品,统一也确实实现了业绩的好转。该公司去年半年报显示,销售收入为120.05亿元,同比微降2.9%。但是净利润却录得6.866亿元,同比增长93.19%,几乎翻番;除此之外,在销售及市场推广开支几乎不变的情况下,毛利比上年同期上涨了12.8%,毛利率也提升了5.3个百分点。在谈及方便面业务板块时,统一也表示,去年上半年方便面的收益为36.52亿元,盈利9123.2万元,甩掉了戴在头上多时的亏损帽子,且重点提到高端方便面冠军榜及汤达人的销量喜人。   高端面带来的高利润在企业财报中以具体的数字得以体现,这在一定程度上让消费者怀疑高端面的价值所在。在接受北京商报记者采访时,国家公众营养改善项目办公室秘书王炜表示,就高端面来说,不能武断地认为“高端”只是噱头,是企业谋利的手段,企业所付出的经费、科研投入、人力成本是要算进成本的。但是另有方便面企业人士提出,即便将包装、材料、人力、物力、设备折损等成本算进去,高端面的成本也比普通方便面多出50%左右,因此企业获利空间非常可观。   超高端市场试水石   除了新品背后的企业企图之外,高价面的市场受欢迎程度也十分受关注。在中国品牌研究院研究员朱丹蓬看来,29.9元方便面的定价出现了较大问题。“在中国市场,方便面向来有不健康的标签,统一此次推出满汉宴,也是为了颠覆方便面在消费者心目中的印象。但是接近30元的价格已经与餐馆套餐价格持平,从性价比上没有任何优势。”朱丹蓬认为,在一线城市的高端渠道,消费者出于猎奇心理,会进行品尝,但是由于定价高,消费者黏性很难形成。另有企业人士也表示,统一涉足超高端方便面品类,噱头意义和作秀概念居多。   中投顾问食品行业研究员梁铭宣也曾表示,高端化是中国快消品行业发展的一个大趋势,统一通过高端化实现差异化发展具有可行性。但是也不得不承认,当前中国高端快消品市场规模仍然比较小,再加上大量高端产品质量名不副实,导致市场对高端产品的认可度并不高,走高端化路线存在较高风险。   虽然对于定价表示了否认,但是朱丹蓬也表示,统一此次推出29.9元高价面也不排除试探市场,从而为自己的其他价位方便面产品做铺垫的可能。“目前统一高端方便面价格刚刚跨过10元门槛,市场反响较好,因此统一从产品结构角度出发,首先要占住超高端方便面的市场;其次,试探消费者对于超高端方便面的接受程度,从而再对即将推出的产品进行合理定价。”朱丹蓬认为,很有可能未来统一高端面的主力价位在15-19元左右。相关的主题文章:
