Xavier Admission Test (XAT) is an all India level exam conducted for admission to Post Graduate Management Programmes in Xavier Institutes. This .mon Admission Test is conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur (Xavier Labour Relations Institute), School of Business and Human Resources for more than 50 years. XAT score was earlier accepted only by Xavier institutes but has now extended to over 60 other Management Institutes in India like XISS, GIM, LIBA, XIMB, etc. XAT entrance test is followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Even students with less than 50% in graduation can apply for XAT entrance examinations.
